Stonemont, a private real estate firm specializing in industrial development, purchased a 24.5 acre industrial service facility site just outside of Mableton, the firm announced Friday.
The Atlanta-based firm focuses on industrial development, acquisitions and net lease investments.
The site, located at 5350 Riverview Road, near Interstate 285 Northside Drive, spans 216,400 square feet and includes 10 buildings, adding to Stonemont’s 968 acres of industrial storage facility properties.
An industrial service facility is a subset of industrial outdoor storage including sites with functional service buildings in addition to stabilized fences and lit outdoor space zoned for storage
