The Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Blvd. and surrounding land were acquired for $40 million by a company led by Joe Lubeck, the CEO of American Landmark Apartments.
Palm Beach Florida Hotel & Office Building LP, an affiliate of Dallas-based Ashford Hospitality Trust, sold the 160-room hotel at 4350 PGA Blvd. for $34 million and the neighboring 4.25 acres of vacant land for $6 million.
